Fair Play Rules
To offer you the best online experience we ask you to play your part and commit to a few simple rules to make the event run smoothly:
- Meeting requests are personal and non-transferable. Another delegate cannot hold a meeting on your behalf.
- Online Messaging will allow you to interact with other delegates before and during the event.
- Each meeting slot lasts 20 minutes. Please save 5 minutes between each meeting and the next. Being on time is essential to respect every person’s daily agenda and also to avoid additional delay.
- Please cancel your meeting in time if you need to, or reschedule it at another time. When doing so, the other delegate will be informed by email and will have the time to arrange their agenda accordingly.
- Completing your online profile will help other delegates to find you and to get relevant information on your transfer interests.
